Alabama – Home based in the greater Birmingham, Huntsville and Mobile regions
Colorado – Home based in the Boulder region, Colorado Springs region and the Greater Denver region.
Clinic based:
Centennial, CO
Georgia – Homebased in and around the greater Atlanta region
Georgia – Clinic based: Atlanta, Cartersville, Cumming, Honey Creek, Kennesaw, Lawrenceville, Lithia Springs, Peachtree City and Stockbridge
Illinois – Homebased in Chicagoland.
Clinic based:
Norwood Park and Palos Heights
Massachusetts – Home based throughout the Massachusetts region with the exception of Western Mass and the Cape.
Center based:
Southborough, MA
North Carolina – Home based in the following regions: Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Greenville, Raleigh and the triangle area, Winston‑Smith
North Carolina – Center based: Chapel Hill, Greenville, Raleigh and Winston‑Smith
Tennessee – Home based in the greater Chattanooga, Knoxville and Nashville regions
