Responsibilities
Bring a positive, warm, and approachable attitude daily. Uphold all kitchen standards from delivery to serving guests. Follow recipes, preparation procedures, and par levels as directed by culinary leadership. Work with urgency to meet or exceed food delivery expectations. Communicate ordering needs accurately to culinary leadership. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and hygiene standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Position Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years experience as a prep cook in a high-volume food and beverage setting. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Positive, respectful, and courteous attitude towards team members. Energetic, joyful, and upbeat demeanor. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of health and sanitation codes. Other Desirable Skills & Experience
Multilingual abilities. Working Conditions
Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work 10+ hour shifts, stand, sit, squat, walk, and navigate stairs. Lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Remain effective in a fast-paced environment. $17 - $21 an hour
