Menu Knowledge: Be well-versed in the menu, including daily specials, and provide recommendations to guests.
Order Taking: Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that any special requests or dietary restrictions are noted.
Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages promptly and with care, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
Timely Check Delivery: Present checks and process payments accurately, handling cash and card transactions.
Table Maintenance: Monitor tables, clearing dishes, and ensuring a tidy and organized dining area.
Guest Interaction: Engage with guests, answer questions, and address any concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Team Collaboration: Communicate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Upselling: Suggest additional items such as desserts or beverages to enhance the dining experience.
Requirements
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming personality.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of the menu and a passion for culinary excellence.
Prior experience as a Server or in a similar role is a plus.
