Title: Student Ambassador
Type: Part-time / Hourly
Compensation: $10.00/hour
Hours: 20‑25 hours per week
Reporting to: General Manager
Overview Yugo is a trusted global student housing provider, connecting students with amazing living spaces while focusing on people, planet, and passion. We look for future shapers who can positively influence and shape others’ lives.
Responsibilities
Greet prospective clients, conduct property tours, and showcase property features.
Complete applications, secure deposits, and process lease paperwork for move‑ins and move‑outs.
Handle phone calls and in‑person inquiries, maintain guest cards and follow‑up with prospects.
Prepare and submit applications for approval, ensure readiness of apartments for move‑in, and orient new residents.
Assist with lease renewals, accept rental payments, and support marketing and sales efforts.
Maintain up‑to‑date market information and participate in weekly leasing activity meetings.
Update reports, monitor market conditions, and provide insights for community improvements.
Manage service requests, plan resident functions, and maintain accurate commission records.
Participate in outreach marketing, maintain community appearance, and enforce policies.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
Support the office and model apartments, and maintain cleanliness.
Maintain flexibility with work schedule, including evenings and weekends, and perform additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Relative experience in an administrative role.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, orally and in writing.
Proactive with strong problem‑solving skills and initiative.
Highly organized, capable of handling multiple tasks.
Intermediate MS Office and online systems/database skills.
Resilience, adaptability, and cultural diversity awareness.
Good communication with General Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
Available 20‑25 hours per week.
