The Resort Kitchen Aid under general supervision, assists in preparing food and serving breakfast, followed by cleaning up after the meal.
Pay Rate:
Up to $28.00/hour, depending on experience.
Assignment Length:
6-month contract with a high possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors.
Shift Details:
5:00 am – 1:00 pm | Friday and Saturday
Responsibilities
Ensure all necessary ingredients are ready and available for the head chef's use.
Keep the kitchen and work areas tidy and organized to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels in the kitchen and breakfast bar to ensure all items are well-stocked.
Perform light cleaning duties in guest rooms after they leave for the day to maintain a welcoming environment.
Create baked items such as cookies, pastries, and muffins to enhance the dining experience.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent education, with industry-specific training and experience in high-end resort operations and guest services tailored to executive clientele.
5-7 years of experience in the resort industry.
Must be willing to work in a highly integrated and demanding environment, requiring extended work hours, extensive coordination, flexibility, and exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks, including facility, grounds, and boat cleaning and maintenance, food preparation and presentation, activity coordination and execution, and host services.
