Experienced Tree Climber / Crew Leader

San Carlos, CA Salary:
$32-$53 per hour; based on experience, certifications, and skill level
Desired Climber Qualifications
Minimum of 2-3 years’ climbing experience and Aerial Rescue training
Experience operating bucket trucks or aerial lifts is a plus
Experience in detailed, ornamental and natural pruning and shaping techniques
Responsible for climbing, pruning, and removing trees
Experience climbing with and without spurs
Tree ID skills and practice of ISA & ANSI A300 tree care standards
Understanding of knots, rigging techniques, tree cabling, and bracing
Experience safely operating chainsaws, chippers, trucks, stump grinders, or special equipment
Additional Crew Leader Qualifications
Experience managing crews and jobs
Ability to communicate effectively via email and track project progress
Ability to maintain efficiency, while ensuring safety compliance and quality control
Adherence to ANSI Z133 & OSHA work procedures and Company policies
English speaking, Spanish a plus
Punctuality, Reliability, and Integrity are a must
ISA Certified Arborist / Tree Worker and TCIA CTSP are a Plus! Compensation $32-$53 per hour; based on experience, certifications, and skill level
