Achieve sales goals through telemarketing to internet insurance leads Provide Allstate Home and Auto quotes over the phone Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets Find opportunities for business partners to cross sell financial products like Life Insurance and Retirement savings Provide a positive customer experience Job Qualifications
Strong interest in a sales career – Insurance Sales Experience Required Must have a Texas Property and Casualty license to sell insurance Must have experience in a goals based, proactive sales atmosphere Confident, motivated individual who works well independently Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Disclosure: Each agency is different in how their staff, book of business, sales process, and compensation is structured. Compensation is typically offered as base plus commission and will depend on the agency and your experience.
