Blue River Services, Inc. (BRS) is a private not for profit organization founded in 1959 by six families that believed that all people are capable of learning when given the opportunity and appropriate support services. Job Skills / Requirements This is an RBR Alliance full-time job based in Salem, IN.

Assist the Shelter Director and Manager with shelter operations, direct client service, handling crisis and conflicts as they arise.

Answer crisis calls and provide advocacy and support to victims.

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
