The New Home Consultant Trainee will operate a Welcome Home Center under the guidance of a mentor, generating and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, engaging with customers to process sale agreements, and closing new home sales.

Building zero defect homes, cost management, and adherence to schedules.
Your Role on the Team
Engage and establish relationships with visitors to understand their home buying needs.
Self-generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting.
Develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics.
Provide consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing, maintaining accurate communication records.
Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.
Ensure the maintenance of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.
Complete required training and participate in community events and phone banks.
Your Toolbox
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is essential. The role requires walking in all weather conditions, lifting and carrying supplies up to 25 pounds, and operating computer and telephone equipment.
General Overview of Compensation & Benefits Base compensation ranges from an hourly rate of $25, with potential bonuses and commissions. Eligible for described benefits in accordance with Company Policy. More details provided in benefits package.
