StretchLab is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to offer our clients premium service. This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that is taking the fitness industry by storm. Responsibilities
Encourage and motivate clients before/after stretch sessions, empathy being a key skill.
Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele through sales and outreach to leads.
Manage client care and inspire wellness changes through delivering amazing communication to our members.
Handle member concerns when applicable.
Studio tours, sales.
Workshops and pop‑up events.
Maintain strong social media presence to client membership and retention.
Clean and maintain the studio to ensure a clean and welcoming space.
Requirements
Love of boutique fitness environment is a must — passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
Front desk, fitness, bartending, serving, or administrative experience is an advantage.
Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people.
Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy.
Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goals.
Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies.
Job Types: Part‑time • Salary: $16–$26 per hour
