ASU Campus Ambassador – Teacher Recruiter for Doorstep Music Lessons
Doorstep Music Lessons is the Southwest’s leading in-home music school, delivering private lessons in piano, guitar, voice, and more — right in students' homes. With tens of thousands of lessons taught, we make music accessible, fun, and stress-free for families. Now we’re looking for a dynamic ASU student to help us spread the word on campus and in the greater Phoenix community. What You’ll Do
As a
Campus Ambassador at ASU , your mission is to help us connect with talented ASU students who might want to
teach
music with Doorstep. You’ll use your social network, your creativity, and your people skills to help spread the word and attract great musicians who want flexible, meaningful, paid teaching opportunities. Promote Doorstep Music Lessons as a great place for musicians to teach Recruit fellow ASU students (especially music majors or skilled players/singers) to apply to teach Share job postings on social media, group chats, and bulletin boards Attend or table at relevant music events and student org meetings (with our support) Create fun, relatable content to connect with potential applicants Act as a point of contact between potential teachers and our hiring team Are an ASU student (ideally a music major, minor, or highly involved in the music scene) Are outgoing, persuasive, and naturally networked on campus Enjoy social media and can make short-form content (Reels, TikToks, etc.) Want a flexible role that works around your classes and gigs Are passionate about music and education—even if you don’t plan to teach yourself Love supporting your peers and connecting people with great opportunities $15/hr for outreach and promo work Bonus for every successful teacher hire you refer Access to exclusive Doorstep merch, events, and perks A resume-ready title and real-world recruiting/marketing experience
