Role Overview As a Car Wash Attendant / Customer Experience Representative, you will ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities
Customer Engagement : Welcome customers, answer questions, promote unlimited wash memberships, and guide new customers through our wash options.
Operations & Safety : Direct vehicles into the wash tunnel, prep vehicles, and monitor equipment to maintain safe operations.
Attention to Detail : Conduct vacuum checks and uphold Sparkle Assurance standards.
Qualifications
Enthusiastic : Shows intense eagerness to learn and help.
Dedicated : Devoted to tasks with loyalty and integrity.
