Overview The Brand Ambassador will promote our products through local area shows and events, increasing brand awareness and sales. You will work closely with the sales and marketing division to achieve goals and objectives, communicating the value of our products to customers and tracking feedback.
Responsibilities
Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
Interact with potential customers and build strong relationships.
Work closely with sales and marketing staff to develop marketing campaigns and strategies.
Educate customers, retailers, and distributors about our products.
Create website and social media content to drive brand awareness.
Represent the company at product launches, events, and trade shows.
Monitor customer feedback and report complaints to marketing.
Track customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.
Maintain a positive image of the brand at all times.
Qualifications
Prior experience in a customer service environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Previous marketing experience is preferred but recent graduates and customer‑facing roles are welcome.
Compensation Hourly Rate: $25.00/hr + Commission
