As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who enters the store with an amazing shopping experience and help build brand loyalty through authentic engagement. You are the face of our company, proud of it, and you bring your REAL self to work every day. You would be part of our retail team at American Eagle Outfitters in Richmond, VA. Responsibilities
Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to help them find exactly what they’re looking for. Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make thoughtful recommendations to fit their needs. Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Collaborate with the team to get the job done and support store goals. Act with integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures. Qualifications
Excellent people skills; able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Love for AE and Aerie products. Retail experience preferred. Minimum age is 16. Benefits & Perks
