Job Description As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide an amazing shopping experience, building brand loyalty and representing our values.
Responsibilities
You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find what they need with a “friends first” mindset.
You educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items that fit their needs.
You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
You can flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
You proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
You assist the team in getting the job done.
You always adhere to AEO policies, procedures and act with integrity.
Qualifications
You love interacting with people and are full of energy.
You can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
You love AE & Aerie products.
You have worked in retail before.
You are at least 16 years of age.
