WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR This role will be responsible for a wide variety of job functions with responsibilities stretching into

Senior Project Engineer . You will be working with a team of talented business professionals focused on meeting the needs of customers to solve a wide variety of engineering and equipment needs.

Research, design, and develop 3D models and detailed engineering drawings for parts and assemblies

Independently manage assigned projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines are consistently met

Develop comprehensive design documentation, including product manuals and technical guides

Conduct engineering analyses and feasibility studies to support design decisions

Clearly document and communicate project status, design changes, and technical findings

Apply strong problem-solving skills to address ambiguous or undefined challenges

Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to align on project goals

Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes

Support prototype development and production builds through hands‑on involvement and coordination

Prepare and maintain cost estimates, project timelines, and resource schedules

Mentor junior engineers and interns, delegating tasks and supporting professional growth

Senior Project Engineer – Additional Possibilities:

Assist with product installations at customer job sites to ensure proper function and integration

Perform light assembly and fabrication to support prototyping and design validation

Senior Project Engineer Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field

5+ years of experience in mechanical product design and development

Proven ability to research, conceptualize, and develop innovative product solutions

Proficient in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks); experience with PDM systems is a plus

Strong understanding of metal fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly processes

Hands‑on ability to construct prototypes and support fabrication of new and existing products

Skilled in planning, scheduling, and coordinating complex design projects

Excellent problem‑solving and analytical thinking abilities

Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customer teams

Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a cross‑functional team

High level of personal integrity, initiative, and accountability

Background in mechanical systems, construction equipment, or agricultural machinery preferred

Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills

Familiarity with design validation tools such as FEA or tolerance analysis is a plus

Experience supporting or leading field installations, product launches, or continuous improvement projects is desirable

The pay range for this role is:

80,000 - 95,000 USD per year (Main Office)
