The team supports every stage of the Pro customer journey, from efficient order fulfillment and safe loading to expert product recommendations and tailored delivery solutions. Pro Customer Service/Sales Team members build and maintain professional relationships with Pro customers, proactively drive sales by leveraging product knowledge, loyalty programs, and tailored recommendations, while providing outstanding service based on unique project needs. They are expected to meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store. Whether assisting at the Pro Desk, loading materials, managing deliveries, or offering specialized paint and product knowledge, the team helps ensure every Pro customer’s project is a success. Collaboration is key, with team members working together to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, resolve delivery issues, and communicate Home Depot’s advantages over competitors. The Pro Customer Service/Sales Team supports store goals by monitoring inventory, executing sales initiatives, and upholding the highest standards of customer service and safety. Bilingual communication skills may be preferred at certain locations.

Responsibilities

Provide professional customer service across all stages of the Pro customer journey.

Build and maintain relationships with Pro customers.

Proactively drive sales using product knowledge, loyalty programs, and tailored recommendations.

Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.

Assist at the Pro Desk, load materials, manage deliveries, and provide specialized product knowledge.

Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment and resolve delivery issues.

Monitor inventory and execute sales initiatives to support store goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a home improvement or retail environment.

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and metrics.

Bilingual communication skills preferred at certain locations.
