Salary Range:

$29,250 – $32,906

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.

Duties & Responsibilities

Demonstrate proficiency with Pathways’ Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Post daily schedules and verify/audit clinical notes for billing accuracy.

Set up client guarantors and run the daily client charge input log.

Make necessary corrections identified through reports.

Perform additional duties as outlined in the current job description.

Experience Requirements

Proficiency in general office procedures (typing, filing, organization, etc.).

Computer experience required.

Knowledge of standard office equipment.

Prior experience in office settings including data entry, filing, and customer service.

Experience with EHR systems preferred.

This is a full‑time position.
