Your Role Customer Service Representatives play a critical role in the success of our business as the first line of contact to our customers. The target is to ensure customer service excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
Answer phone calls
Maintain branch order email inbox
Provide product knowledge
Build sales, enter orders
Ensure orders are filled for pick up or scheduled for delivery and payments received if required.
Look up inventory
Quote customers
Provide support to Branch Staff.
Communicate with the sales team and management of selling trends and customer satisfaction.
Provide support to customers and sales team.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Qualifications
2 Years of Customer Service Experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, and Outlook
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required
Work Conditions
Mainly inside, possibly in the warehouse or outside for short periods of time
Standing and sitting at desk while working on computer
Lifting capabilities 40 lbs.
Directly with customers
Around warehouse equipment and vehicles
Safety Responsibility This position assumes responsibility for the workplace safety of self and co-workers, and for the safety conditions of the work location, exercises and promotes safe behaviors and shows unyielding support of programs, rules, and policies regarding safety.
