If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as an Outside Mortgage Loan Originator. Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Generate a thriving book of self-generated business and proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local market. Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral partners. Loan Origination: Guide clients through the loan application process, offering expert advice and assistance. Analyze financial information to determine loan eligibility and present various loan options to clients. Networking: Attend industry events, community functions, and networking opportunities to enhance your professional connections. Actively participate in local organizations to increase visibility and generate business leads. Maintain a robust pipeline of loan applications while ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients. Collaboration & Customer Service: Collaborate with internal teams to expedite the loan approval and closing process. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the loan process, ensuring a positive experience for clients. Address client concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a loan officer with a successful track record. Active NMLS license and knowledge of current industry regulations. Proven ability to generate and close mortgage loans. Strong understanding of loan programs and products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using loan origination software and Microsoft Office suite.
