SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE Mortgage Loan Officers educate, advise, and guide potential borrowers through the loan application process. They have a passion for helping people and possess the ability to understand and navigate complex financial documents. They typically work full-time in banks or other lending institutions but may coordinate with real estate agents, financial planners, and others from outside their workplace to attract new clients.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are a growing mortgage company seeking a sales‑minded, aggressive & experienced loan officer with excellent interpersonal skills to work with homebuyers and realtors.

We can consistently provide to our loan officers QUALITY LEADS referred by our existing realtor network.

We have a very successful history of originating Purchase & Refinance Mortgages as well as Reverse Mortgages. As a company, we are solution‑driven in terms of programs and offer a large product suite to service buyers from all walks of life.

We have been in business for over 20 years and our Management and Support Staff has over 76 years of experience in the mortgage & financial service industry.

The ideal candidate has existing realtor relationships and is proficient in setting appointments with new realtors and potential clients. Candidates who join the team will benefit from the support of a hands‑on Sales Manager and Mortgage Coach as well as resources for marketing.

Loan origination: 1 year (Preferred)

Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

US work authorization (Preferred)

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

College Degree with at least 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.

In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
