Our client is looking for a U.S. Tax Preparer. Our client is a leading provider of specialized tax services for U.S. individuals and businesses, particularly those with international financial considerations. Responsibilities

Prepare U.S. individual income tax returns (Form 1040) with precision and timeliness. Review financial records and supporting documents to ensure completeness and compliance with tax laws. Communicate directly with clients to collect information, clarify details, and resolve questions. Stay current on IRS and state regulations to guarantee accurate filings. Work collaboratively with senior reviewers or CPAs to confirm the quality and accuracy of submitted tax. Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience preparing U.S. tax returns (Form 1040). Strong understanding of federal tax codes, deductions, and credits applicable to both individuals and small businesses. Experience using tax preparation software such as ProSeries or similar platforms. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Previous collaboration with U.S.-based accounting or tax preparation teams is preferred. Qualifications

Degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline preferred. Enrolled Agent (EA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is advantageous. Familiarity with expatriate tax filings (Forms 2555, 1116, FBAR, 8938, 5471, 8858) is a plus but not required. Highly organized and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
