Badlands Energy Services is currently seeking a full-time Roustabout Foreman to join our team in the Watford City, ND area. This position offers a consistent work schedule and ample opportunities for growth. We're searching for a hardworking, team-oriented individual to fill this role.
Responsibilities
Proactively participate in and submit daily Job Safety Audits (JSAs)
Follow instructions and complete assigned duties under supervision
Demonstrate reliability through regular attendance
Operate company vehicles and equipment as required and trained
Inspect vehicles and equipment daily, documenting any issues
Perform general maintenance on company vehicles and equipment
Proficiently utilize hand and power tools
Measure distances, cut, and thread pipe
Assemble pipe for oil production
Conduct oil well site maintenance, including leak repair and part replacement
Requirements
Ability to lift and carry 50lbs
Mental stamina for extended work periods
Adherence to safety procedures
Effective team leadership and time management skills
Willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of oilfield experience
Valid driver's license for 2+ years
