What You’ll Do
Lead and support daily a la carte service with consistency and high standards Supervise, train, and mentor cooks and kitchen staff with professionalism and care Expedite service during busy meal periods and ensure flawless plate presentation Assist in menu development for both restaurant and banquet offerings Support banquet and event execution from prep through service Collaborate on scheduling, station assignments, and shift supervision Uphold food safety, sanitation, and allergy protocol compliance Participate in weekly event meetings and align with front-of-house leadership Assist with ordering, inventory, and cost control processes Lead by example in energy, composure, and commitment to excellence What You Bring
5+ years of progressive kitchen experience, with at least 3 years in a sous chef or leadership role Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Proven ability to lead with a calm, supportive, and accountable presence Knowledge of modern cooking techniques and dietary accommodations Experience in private clubs, fine dining, or hospitality-driven kitchens is a plus High standards for food quality, cleanliness, and team collaboration What We Offer
