Nothing Bundt Cakes
An exciting opportunity for a culinary enthusiast to join Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) as a Froster. No prior experience required; we provide full training. The role is a permanent, year‑round position requiring availability on holidays, weekends, and reasonable weekday shifts.
The Froster creates and frosts cakes using NbC’s proprietary recipes and strict food safety standards. They help ensure a consistent, high‑quality product that delights our guests and supports the bakery’s production demands.
Accountabilities / Duties
Follow the proprietary frosting recipe and application methods with precision to meet productivity goals.
Use measuring instruments, a commercial‑grade or handheld mixer, and pastry bags to frost cakes.
Prioritize cake pre‑orders and frosted cakes for walk‑in guests according to schedule.
Maintain sufficient samples and frosted cakes in the bakery display case, and manage frosting and frosted cake par levels.
Adhere to proper packaging, labeling, storage, and product rotation standards; keep frosting and refrigeration logs.
Monitor frosting inventory and notify management when replenishment is required.
Assess baked and frosted cakes for quality, reporting any concerns to management.
Clean, sanitize, and restock workstations; prepare frosting supplies for the next shift and wash equipment if the Dishwasher/Utility Employee is absent.
Comply with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies, including dress code and personal hygiene.
Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.

Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older.
No formal education or work experience required; prior experience in an operational support role at a bakery, restaurant, or food‑service environment is a plus.
Work Availability
Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
MUST be able to work Sundays.
