Responsibilities
Act as kitchen manager when the Chef is off duty
Create daily specials highlighting local ingredients and Montana‑inspired cuisine
Expedite orders
Train and invest in the culinary team’s learning and growth
Assist with ordering, inventory, scheduling, and other operational tasks
Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen stations
Maintain state and federal food safety standards
Assist as needed with setup of rooms for special events, meetings, conferences, and banquets
Offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed
Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties
Skills and Experience
1‑3 years high‑volume culinary management experience required
Current Serv‑Safe certification or food handler sanitation certificate required
Strong work ethic and commitment to the team and guest experience
Ability to work solo or as part of a team
Commitment to Safety First and highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards
Organized with a great eye for detail
Kind to others and always brings best self to the workplace
Good communicator, suggesting ideas and solutions
Salary The starting wage for this role is $25.50 per hour.
