Overview
Lil' Hawks is seeking an Education Specialist to support our early childhood programs. This position provides coaching and curriculum support to staff, helping to strengthen instructional practices, ensure compliance with program standards, and promote positive outcomes for children and families. The Education Specialist will use practice-based coaching, provide professional development, conduct CLASS observations, assist with assessments, and collaborate with staff and families to support engagement and success.
