Lead the kitchen operations with a focus on creativity, quality, and sustainability. Inspire and manage a culinary team to achieve excellence in guest and team member experiences. Develop menus that emphasize locally sourced ingredients and culinary innovation. Ensure strong financial performance through effective cost controls and procurement. Communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders to maintain a high level of service and teamwork. Qualifications
Passionate about food with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role (Culinary Director or Executive Chef). Advanced knowledge of culinary operations; proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Creative, driven, and positive mindset with flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation. Pay range: $140,000 to $150,000. About Us
