Job Overview Bachmann Pools, Spas & Saunas is hiring a personable, energetic, and customer-focused Wellness Consultant to join our Sales team. In this full-time, onsite role, you’ll connect directly with customers to understand their lifestyle goals and guide them to wellness solutions like hot tubs, saunas, swim spas, pools and cold plunges. This position is perfect for someone who loves building relationships, thrives in a people-first retail environment, and has a passion for wellness, relaxation, and helping others improve their lives. Key Responsibilities Greet walk-in customers and ensure every interaction feels warm, personalized, and helpful.
Listen actively to customers’ wellness needs and guide them toward the right products and solutions.
Educate customers on the features, benefits, and long-term value of hot tubs, saunas, swim spas, pools, and cold plunges.
Manage the full sales cycle, including follow-ups, proposals, and closing.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business.
Track leads, appointments, and communications using company CRM or sales tools.
Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences post-sale.
Stay informed on industry trends, product innovations, and wellness technology.
Participate in occasional promotional events, showroom updates, and product training.
Qualifications 5+ years of experience in customer service, retail sales, or wellness-related industries.
High school diploma or GED (preferred).
A passion for wellness, fitness, or home relaxation products is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive mindset.
Friendly, positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
Reliable, professional, and confident working in a team and independently.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends.
