Lonesome Dove Lodge/Bar & Grill is looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in Au Gres, MI!! This is a full‑time position that will require the flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and/or holidays!!

Responsibilities

Menu Development and Innovation

Food Preparation and Presentation

Staff Management and Training

Kitchen Operations and Organization

Quality Control and Food Safety

Cost Management and Budgeting

Qualifications

Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institute (strongly preferred)

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or hotel

Strong culinary skills and a passion for creativity, innovation, and quality

Leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and industry best practices
