Executive Chef
to lead its culinary program. This role oversees all culinary operations in a culture-first, people-centered environment with multiple food and beverage outlets. Ideal candidates thrive in high-volume settings, inspire teams, and elevate the guest experience through creative, consistent execution.
Compensation Package $85,000 - $95,000 (commensurate with experience) + Comprehensive Health Benefits, & a great PTO plan. Relocation package available!
Executive Chef Responsibilities
Creativity in developing menus & recipes
Keep current with industry trends, practices, and procedures that fully align with their concept
Ability to lead, train, and inspire the culinary team
Knowledge of budgeting, purchasing, and vendor management
Ensure all safety procedures are being followed and meet all federal, state, and local health and sanitation standards.
Executive Chef Qualifications
Well-rounded in multiple cuisines
3-5 years of experience as Executive Chef
Can lead a team by building staff morale, resolving staff issues, and providing positive and negative feedback in a timely manner
Needs to have an eye for detail and a passion for creativity
Culinary degree preferred
