Associate Service Consultant – Annuities

This role supports Financial Professionals, their assistants, and internal business partners in the purchase of annuities via the Annuity Order Entry platform.
The Associate Service Consultant is part of a specialized service team handling a high volume of calls per day.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service via incoming calls or email responses related to annuity processing and purchase on the Annuity Order Entry platform.
Maintain detailed knowledge of LPL processes and system platform as they relate to annuities.
Maintain detailed knowledge of annuity products supported by the platform and explain product feature differences.
Collaborate with internal business partners to resolve escalations and adapt to operational and compliance process changes.
Requirements
2+ years of previous customer service experience.

Ability to provide effective feedback.
Excellent organizational, communication, and listening skills.
Preferences
Financial services experience, investment services.
Series 99, Series 7 licenses/certifications.
Experience with MS Office, BETA, ClientWorks, ServiceWorks, Nice, Documentum, Electronic Order Entry.
Bachelor’s degree.
Pay Range $20.48‑$34.13 per hour.
Actual base salary varies based on skills, experience, education, and geographic location.
