$75,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr A Las Vegas-based financial advisory group redefining retirement planning through a deeply personal, high-touch advisory experience is hiring a Financial Advisor. This role will lead client engagement, close new business, and guide families through our signature three-meeting planning process. Advisors here don’t cold call or chase leads; we deliver warm, qualified prospects through seminars, referrals, and internal marketing. Your job is to build trust, connect powerfully with people, and help clients move forward with a plan built around their goals. Financial Advisor Responsibilities

Conduct in-person client meetings using our 3-step process: Dream, Create, and Live appointments. Convert new leads into long-term clients through strong communication, education, and consultative sales. Present customized retirement, income, annuity, and investment strategies supported by our paraplanning team. Build deep relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience. Work 3 - 6 appointments per day Tuesday - Thursday, with review and prep time on Monday and Friday. Collaborate with internal teams, including paraplanning and service advisors. Manage an expanding book of business and support ongoing client reviews. Represent Bauman Advisory Group at seminars, community events, and internal client experiences. Support estate, tax, and insurance planning conversations with internal experts. Attend weekly advisor meetings to review goals and performance. Financial Advisor Requirements

3 - 10+ years of financial services sales experience within an RIA or broker-dealer environment. Proven ability to close business and convert leads into retained clients. Series 65 required. Insurance license required. Highly skilled communicator with the ability to build trust and connect personally with clients. Self-motivated, energetic, and disciplined with a strong ownership mentality. High integrity and a client-first mindset. No ego, no drama Ability and willingness to work onsite, 5 days per week.
