In This Role You Will
Complete online banking enrollment and check orders on clients’ behalf.
Issue debit and credit cards; troubleshoot denials; initiate fraud claims.
Process funds transfers (internal, ACH, wire).
Troubleshoot and resolve online banking issues.
Verify personal and business identification documents (CIP/KYC) and archive paperwork.
Process new online account applications.
Provide a seamless digital client experience through live chats, email requests, and website forms.
Provide ongoing client support to grow business or enhance account productivity.
Become a Lead Bank product knowledge expert and educate clients and new hires.
Utilize a CRM system.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bank Teller experience preferred.
Excellent client service skills.
Growth mindset and self‑driven mentality.
Strong communication skills.
Thrives in social situations.
Able to complete assigned tasks and perform required duties.
