Senior Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Sourcer Lead full‑cycle recruiting for non‑technical positions including Sales, Marketing and Business Development. From sourcing and filtering candidates through interviews and offers, you will ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead full cycle recruiting for non-technical positions including Sales, Marketing and Business Development. From sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, you will ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership to understand talent needs and develop strategies that align with business objectives.

Proactively identify opportunities to streamline & optimize recruitment processes, driving initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness and candidate quality.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers, and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Who You Are

5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a high volume environment.

Demonstrated success building pipelines and developing top‑of‑funnel strategy.

Built teams from zero and managed evergreen hiring pipelines.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with candidates, teammates & stakeholders at all levels.

Humble and team‑oriented, prioritizing collective success over individual. Values collaboration & diverse perspectives.

Industrious, persistent, and continuously striving for excellence in all endeavors.

Experienced with recruiting tools such as Ashby, leveraging them to increase productivity.

Uses metrics to inform hiring tactics & strategies, helping hiring managers do the same.

Location: Candid Health is an in‑person team; this role is specifically for our San Francisco, Denver, or New York office.

Pay Transparency: The estimated starting annual salary range is $145,000 – $170,000 USD. The range is a guideline from Pave data; actual base salary may be modified based on job‑related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation may also include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits. We heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package.
