experienced attorney
to join our growing team. We specialize in Estate Planning, Trust Administration, and Probate Law, with a distinct focus on Elder Law, Special Needs Law, and incapacity and care planning. WE do not expect our applicants to have experience in Elder and Special Needs law. We will train that as needed. Experience is required in Estate Administration. Experience in Conservatorships and Estate Planning is a plus as well. At our firm, we are proud of our reputation of over 30 years for excellence, professionalism, and compassionate client service. We enjoy a long term robust word-of-mouth workflow from community and professional referrals. We need another attorney or more to help us with this workflow. We work collaboratively as a team and are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. Our paralegals are experienced and excellent at case management. We have quality research and other resources. Our attorneys and partners enjoy mentoring. About the Role We are looking for an attorney with: A minimum of three years’ experience
in Trust and Probate Administration, Conservatorships, Estate Planning, some portion or combination of these skills Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset. A friendly, intelligent, and professional demeanor. Experience in Elder or Special Needs Law is a bonus, but not required—we’re happy to provide training and mentoring for the right candidate.
