Client Education: Educate clients on our products and services, providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure a seamless and positive client experience Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of our products and services. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities for business growth. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in client outreach, sales, or customer relations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
