Client Service Specialist – Commercial Lines Relation Insurance is a leading, innovative company dedicated to delivering cutting‑edge solutions to our clients. We seek an exceptional individual to join our team and support our growth and success.

What We’re Looking For The Client Service Specialist executes all administrative tasks related to account management and policy servicing. Duties include processing policy endorsements, renewals, cancellations, maintaining accurate account records, and ensuring timely handling of client requests.

A Glimpse Into Your Day

Order renewal policies, verify them, and process in the Agency Management System.

Handle endorsements, including entry on company websites, follow‑up, accuracy checks, billing, and client delivery.

Follow up on new business submissions with carriers not managed by Risk Placement Specialists.

Enter and rate policies in carrier websites and order new policies as needed.

Issue standard certificates of insurance and other forms (EOP, Binders, etc.).

Monitor payment status of direct‑bill policies to prevent cancellations and notify the Account Manager on risk.

Track claims and update the agency management system with activity, payments, and closures.

Verify audit accuracy, bill audits, and send audit review letters to clients.

Order motor vehicle reports (MVRs) and loss runs as directed.

Review and process mail; act as backup for office phone calls and walk‑in traffic as needed.

Perform other projects, duties, and tasks as assigned.

What You Need To Be Successful In This Role

Property and Casualty License from state of domicile may be required within 90 days of hire.

Associate in Insurance (AINS) or Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) Designation preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred or required depending on location.

1+ year experience in Customer Service preferred.

Knowledge of insurance markets, products, services, ratings and underwriting procedures preferred.

Working knowledge of commercial lines of coverage preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literate.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to maintain effective relationships.

Ability to understand written and oral communications and interpret policy information.

Work independently with limited supervision and effectively in a team.

Function under tight time constraints, meet deadlines, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks.

The wage range for this role is $15.38 – $35.58.
