Responsibilities
Design and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that drives Stardust to $100M ARR. Lead rapid experimentation across multiple acquisition, retention, and monetization channels, with the judgment to know when to scale. Partner with product, brand, and marketing teams to unlock full-stack growth opportunities across the user journey. Analyze and optimize conversion funnels, CAC and LTV, cohorts, and retention to maximize ROI. Align and inspire cross-functional teams around a unifying growth strategy and plan. Build systems for growth forecasting, reporting, and accountability that help the company make data-informed decisions. Explore and add new growth channels while scaling proven ones. Requirements
We’re Excited About You Because… You have a proven track record of scaling growth profitably at an early stage startup, mobile app marketing experience is a must. You bring deep expertise and hands on experience managing channels and optimizing customer journey, including funnels, CAC/LTV modeling, and retention frameworks. You’re experienced in leading holistically across both product and marketing levers. You thrive on experimentation and know how to balance speed with discipline. You’re an exceptional communicator who can align and inspire teams at every level. You can think strategically while also rolling up your sleeves to execute.
