The Role We’re looking for a Sous Chef who’s equal parts culinary master, smart operator, and inspiring leader. You’ll be a key player in a high-volume, fast-moving kitchen — helping us deliver next-level food, mentor rising talent, and keep the engine running with sharp execution and style.

What You’ll Do

Lead the line with presence, energy, and precision

Maintain exceptional standards of execution, presentation, and quality

Support ordering, inventory, scheduling, and food/labor cost controls with a sharp eye

Be a role model for culinary discipline and creative expression

Train and mentor a diverse BOH team — build skills, inspire passion, and grow leaders

Keep the vibe high and the pressure cool during fast-paced service

Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu innovation and seasonal creativity

Live and breathe hospitality, even from behind the scenes

Who You Are

A culinary pro with at least 2–3 years of experience as a Sous Chef

You’ve got a sharp financial sense — comfortable with inventory, ordering, and cost management

Detail-oriented with serious kitchen standards — but know how to keep things fun

A strong leader who mentors with patience, positivity, and purpose

Cool under pressure and quick on your feet

Passionate about food, people, and creating a culture of excellence
