Base Pay Range $30.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Guaranteed hourly base pay ranging from $17 to $23, plus daily cash tips (stylists average over $30/hr with tips).

Requirements
A valid California cosmetology license is required.
Cutting experience in a salon is preferred, but not required. If you’re fresh out of beauty school or new to men’s haircuts, we’ll train you.
The ability to provide an exceptional client experience.
A passion for the hair industry.
For the salon manager position, a valid California cosmetology license is required.
Note: The IRS still needs to provide implementation guidance. Tip income must still be reported.
