5 years of clinical/anatomical pathology work experience; 2 years in supervisory role; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements. Preferred
Experience
Knowledge of clinical laboratory operations and reference laboratory testing. Licenses and Certifications
ASCP certified
Upon Hire Job Duties
Contact prospective & existing clients on a regular basis to promote services, advise of new product offerings, and maintain relationships. Increase the profitability of existing accounts by analyzing profitability, product and service portfolio and communicating ongoing plans with customers. Serve as a point of escalation for issues or activities that the customer encounters. Expedite the resolution of customer problems/complaints. Participate in tradeshows by representing the organization and sharing information on products. Assist with client service requests by displaying confidence and by showing positive interpersonal skills to gain the trust and confidence of clients. Develop an annual business plan to drive success. Have quarterly updates to ensure the plan is being executed. Track activities. Investigate account discrepancies. Elevate critical situations to management's attention in a timely manner. Perform other duties as assigned. Security
