Administrative Specialist

Cyber Electronic Warfare and Space team is currently seeking an Administrative Specialist in support of an exciting new effort supporting one of our clients that is responsible for unifying the direction of cyberspace operations, strengthening DoD cyberspace capabilities, and integrating and bolstering DoD's cyber expertise. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent and 0 years experience. Candidates Must be a US Citizen, due to the sensitivity of the work
Must posses an active TS/SCI/Polygraph for consideration Preferred Requirements: Providing end-user support and performs general administrative duties with minimal guidance. Assisting with maintaining knowledge management files and websites for the organization. Experience maintaining logs, records, and files. Maintaining calendars and schedules Assisting with coordinating, planning, and organizing meeting events, and supports planning and execution of technical exchanges, conferences, and synchronization sessions, obtaining space and necessary materials and equipment. Reviewing, developing, and managing of office administrative operating procedures. Preparing and/or distribution of read-ahead materials and briefings. Tracking task items and tasks. Providing budgetary, billing, and financial management of front office expenses incurred to support the organization (e.g., office supplies).
