Assembly Technician (Cable/Harness)

Assembly Technician (Cable/Harness) Job Duties and Requirements: Support the engineering team by assisting with the assembly of cables and harnesses using basic hand tools and following standardized production methods. Perform foundational tasks such as wire cutting, stripping, and identifying cables using basic color codes and schematics. Learn to follow detailed Work Instructions and maintain a clean, organized work area according to 5S standards. Use measuring instruments (like a multimeter) to perform simple continuity checks and verify basic connections. Requires a strong mechanical aptitude and basic math/reading skills; willingness to pursue IPC certification and specialized training is required.
