Oakwood Store | Schedule: (Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm or Tuesday - Saturday - 8:30am - 5pm, will vary) Rate: $16.00/hr. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to support our online sales team. This role ensures accurate order processing, payment handling, fraud investigation, and top-tier customer service via phone, chat, and email. Key Responsibilities

Audit and process online orders Handle payments, refunds, account reconciliation, and financial reporting Investigate and resolve fraud and order discrepancies Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email Schedule deliveries and service appointments Maintain accurate records and provide clerical support Other duties as assigned Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred Additional Info

May require occasional travel to store locations Must be able to sit for long periods and use standard office equipment
