STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is searching for a Customer Service Representative to join the team.
Job Description Duties and Responsibilities
This position aims to create mutually beneficial relationships that extend beyond the initial purchase. Customer Service coordinates information between supply chain, manufacturing and the customer ensuring prompt responses, outside the box thinking and an understanding of the customer-focused strategy with the importance of building quality relationships. Serves as a liaison between management, sales, production, purchasing, and customers concerning the processing of requests and purchase orders.
Qualifications Education
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
