Job Summary The Senior Assets Operations Technician works under general supervision in the maintenance of complex inventory system. Processes data for maintenance of equipment, space, and key inventories. The Senior Assets Operations Technician will mainly be working with Microsoft Excel applications and spreadsheets. Other responsibilities will include tagging and picking up assets.
Asset management, along with intermediate level Microsoft Excel experience is preferred.

Qualifications
Education High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience 3 years inventory/asset experience
Licenses and Certifications (Drivers) Driver's license possession/maintenance of acceptable UT System driver rating
Job Duties
Locate / Relocate all equipment in all assigned areas including Surplus Warehouse.
Train team members with knowledge of function and use of all equipment.
Attach proper identification on equipment.
Display equipment in Surplus Warehouse.
Research and accurately resolve Asset and Property questions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
