you will be responsible for creating, configuring, and optimizing the Employee Navigator platform for our organization, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for HR teams and their employees. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to tailor the system’s capabilities to meet organizational needs, improve HR operations, and enhance the employee experience. Your expertise will drive the successful implementation and utilization of Employee Navigator's tools and resources.**Key Responsibilities:** Build, configure, and customize Employee Navigator’s features and functionalities to meet the unique needs of the organizations we service.Ensure the system is aligned with HR processes, company policies, and compliance requirements. Manage the end-to-end implementation process, from planning to execution, for Employee Navigator software. Partner with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure Employee Navigator supports organizational goals, including talent management, benefits administration, and employee engagement. Stay up-to-date with the latest Employee Navigator updates and HR technology trends to propose improvements and innovations.Identify opportunities for system enhancements to improve HR processes and employee experience.**Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with other HR systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, BambooHR, etc.). Familiarity with benefits administration, compliance regulations (e.g., ACA, HIPAA), and payroll processes.Knowledge of SQL, XML, 834 EDI or other data query languages.Experience with training and supporting end-users on HR technology platforms. Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of Employee Navigator or similar HR software platforms.
