Base Salary Range for CUSTOMER FULFILLMENT SPECIALIST IS $40k - $50k
Compensation is based on qualifications that align with requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform real-time order entry, apply customer service procedures and standards
Document your customer or supplier files based on customer service processes and business rules
Create and maintain professional relationships with your customers and business partners
Handle customer complaints or questions and follow up with appropriate internal personnel as required
Maintain customer files ensuring contact and order information is kept up to date
Follow up on customer orders and coordinate with shipping and production to ensure orders are delivered on time
Serve as the initial point of contact when new customers call to request information.

REQUIREMENTS You too, put forward your strengths:
AS or BS degree in Business or related field, relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach and strong follow-up abilities
Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks
Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
Strong team player, committed to maintaining desired service levels and fostering a collaborative work environment
Proficiency in MS365.
