What we need from you:
Provide assistance to the Maintenance Director in repairs and alterations to the building, maintains building and grounds, other maintenance needs, etc.
Routinely inspects the physical plant and provides routine preventative maintenance and janitorial duties within acceptable standards of practice.
Assist in the performance, monitoring, preventative maintenance, and logging of safety tests (Fire Alarm, pull cords, fire extinguishers, etc.).
Must have positive “can do” attitude.
Excellent customer service.
Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community.
Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test.
Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
Must be fully vaccinated against Covid 19 or must willing to get fully vaccinated.
